This paper studies the effects of P/E ratio and M/B ratio on stock return of listed firms with Karachi Stock Exchange in the Textile sector of Pakistan. A total of 30 major firms out of 162 in the textile sector listed with the Karachi Stock Exchange for the period of 2001-2006 were selected on the basis of their size in terms of total assets. Firms which have larger size in terms of total assets among 162 firms were selected in this paper. The study reveals that the firms in an exclusive sector exhibit unique attributes that are sector specific and cannot be applied to or judged by combined analysis of the industry. The result shows that coefficients of independent variables are statistically insignificant. This means that stock return is not depending on any of the two independent variables. Besides insignificant coefficients, coefficients of determination are also very low in each case. This means that a very low percentage of change in stock return is explained by these two variables. The data was analyzed by running linear regression. Two independent variables i.e. P/E ratio and M/B ratio were selected to see their effects on stock return. Multiple regression models along with a measure of correlation were used to study the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results for the study revealed that stock return is independent of the two independent variables studied in this paper.P/E Ratio, M/B Ratio, Stock Return, Fundamental Analysis

For the dynamic functioning of an organization/institution, it is important for its employees to perform effectively. The level of organizational justice perceived by the employees affects the individuals’ level of competence, motivation and commitment, and in turn affects the individuals’ level of performance in the institution. The organizational justice is of three types; distributive relating to distribution of resources, procedural relates to fair execution of procedures and interactional relates to the way the things are shared among the employees. All these types of justices when met in accordance to the need of the employees working within the organization leads to better functioning, productivity and enhance the commitment level among the employees. Employees’ perception about fairness in the organization tends to give rise to various favorable and unfavorable work outcomes. It is a fact that there are different situations which directly or indirectly affect the students’ self-concept therefore; the present study was designed to investigate the impact of parents’ income level on 10 grade public schools students’ self-concept at secondary level in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The objectives of this study were (a) to find out parents income level  in the six southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, (b) to find out the level of self-concept of students in the six southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa , and (c) to determine whether the parents’ income level has any impact on the self-concept of students. The data were collected from a sample (N =400) of 10th grade students in the urban and rural secondary public schools. A partially adapted questionnaire was used for measuring the parents’ level of education and the students’ self-concept.  The data collected were analyzed through SPSS 20. Regression and β (coefficient of impact) were used as statistical techniques.  The findings of the study revealed that parents’ education had a consistent and positive impact on students’ self-concept. This study examines the role of human resource (HR) competencies on employee’s job satisfaction in telecom sector of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Less amount of literature is found regarding the impact of organization architect and trust management on employee’s job satisfaction. For this purpose, data was collected from employees of Pakistani telecom sector. It was concluded that organization architect and trust management have positive impact on employees job satisfaction. This study is limited to only one sector and only region of Rawalpindi and Islamabad was considered. This study may help the industrial practitioners in retaining their work force, and for enhancing commitment to their work and also, organization and trust management would lead the company to generate integrity, regard and support among workers. Mobile wireless sensor networks have been developed as a result of recent advancements in wireless technologies. Sensors in the network are low-cost and have a short battery life, in addition to their mobility. They are more applicable in terms of the essential properties of these networks. These networks have a variety of uses, including search and rescue operations, health and environmental monitoring, and intelligent traffic management systems, among others. According to the application requirements, mobile wireless sensor nodes are energy limited equipment, so energy conservation is one of the most significant considerations in the design of these networks. Aside from the issues posed by sensor node mobility, we should also consider routing and dynamic clustering. According to studies, cluster models with configurable parameters have a substantial impact on reducing energy usage and extending the network's lifetime. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to describe and select a smart method for clustering in mobile wireless sensor networks utilizing evolutionary algorithms in order to extend the network's lifetime and ensure packet delivery accuracy. For grouping sensor nodes in this work, the Genetic Algorithm is applied initially, followed by Bacterial Conjugation. The simulation's results show a significant increase in clustering speed acceleration. The speed of the nodes is taken into account in the suggested approach for calibrating mobile wireless sensor nodes
